With digital self check-in and private exterior entrances, you won’t wait in lobby lines or stop at a front desk to get your room key. Instead, you get access code details before you arrive so you can walk in and settle in on your schedule.
And if you ever need help, our front desk team is here to assist.
HOW DIGITAL SELF CHECK-IN WORKS
We make check-in easy and contactless.
1. Check your phone or email
You’ll receive your digital check-in instructions and access code on the morning of your arrival date.
2. Your access code is your key
Use the access code to enter your room and start your stay right away.
3. Arrive when you’re ready
Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM on your arrival date. There’s no need to stop by a lobby or wait for staff
No lobby lines. No key cards. No waiting. Just walk up, open the door, and begin your stay.

While we encourage digital check-in for speed and convenience, we do have a staffed office during business hours if you’d like personal assistance.

- No front desk stop required

If you need a late checkout, let us know we’ll do our best to accommodate it based on availability.

When will I receive my check-in info?
Your access code and digital check-in details are sent via text or email on the morning of your arrival date (or earlier when available).
What if I don’t receive my check-in code?
Call or text the front desk and we’ll resend it right away.
What time can I arrive?
Digital self check-in begins at 4:00 PM on your arrival date.
Do I need to show ID at the door?
No — your access code is all you need to enter your room.
What if my room isn’t ready early?
You’re welcome to relax in nearby South Main Village while we get your room ready. If you need to store bags, we can help just call ahead.
