What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. You’ll receive your digital access code via text or email on the morning of your arrival.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. No front desk stop is required — simply close the door and you’re on your way.
Do you have a front desk?
Yes. Our office is staffed daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and after-hours phone support is available until midnight. While we encourage digital self check-in, we’re here if you need assistance.
Can I check in early?
Early check-in may be available based on occupancy. Contact us the day of arrival and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I request late checkout?
Late checkout requests are subject to availability. Reach out during your stay and we’ll confirm options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at booking. Please refer to your confirmation email for the specific terms of your reservation.

Yes. High-speed WiFi is included with every stay.
Do rooms have kitchens?
Casitas include full-size kitchens with a stovetop and storage. Airstream Suites include an efficient kitchenette with essentials for light meals.
Do you provide coffee?
Yes. Every room includes a premium in-room espresso machine.
Are the bathrooms modern?
Yes. All rooms feature modern bathrooms with walk-in showers or updated bath layouts and vanity space.
Is the property gated?
Yes. Hotel SOMA is a secure gated property.
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer free on-site guest parking.
Are pets allowed?
At this time, Hotel SOMA does not offer pet-friendly accommodations.

Where is Hotel SOMA located?
We are located at 454 Cleveland Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104, in the heart of South Main Village in Near Southside Fort Worth.
Is the neighborhood walkable?
Yes. South Main Village is one of Fort Worth’s most walkable districts, with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, live music venues, and retail all within steps of the property.
How close are you to the Medical District?
We are minutes from Baylor Scott & White All Saints, Cook Children’s Medical Center, Texas Health Harris Methodist, and TCU School of Medicine.
How far are you from Downtown Fort Worth?
Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away, along with Magnolia Avenue, TCU, and the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
